Noklateo, the Shrouded City, is the fourth and final Shifting Earth Event that can take place during the Expeditions. The city comprises stairways, broken-down buildings, and underground sewers that take the player to the central plaza, where players will come face to face with a very challenging boss guarding the power of the city.

Trace of Night is one of the first key items you’ll get in Elden Ring Nightreign; here’s what they are used for.
This guide offers information on how players can navigate through the complicated layout of Noklateo, the Shrouded City, in Elden Ring Nightreign, and how players can exit the city before the Night’s Tide comes in.
How to Find the Secret of the Noklateo, The Shrouded City In Elden Ring Nightreign
As you enter an Expedition, the bottom left side of your map will be covered by a large, city-like structure. Climb the initial entrance and take the left stairs to go up a few sets of stairs. As you turn left to go further up, you will come to a ruined part of the city that you can drop down to. There will be a Withered Astel right in front of you, shooting projectiles at you, but you can ignore it and head right into the small opening to drop down into the underground section of the City.
Go past the Basilisks and turn left at the end of the path. Go through the doorway, making sure you stay on the upper pathway until you come across a dead end and can only turn right. There should be a Spiritspring that takes you up to the location of a Site of Grace. Go up the stairs and take a left to come across a Black Knife Assassin that you can take down to acquire a Dormant Power. After the Assassin is dealt with, head northwest across the bridge, ignoring the Headless Troll on your right.
You can come back to this boss once you have acquired the Secret Power in Noklateo and have enough time to spare before the Night’s Tide starts to move in.
Naturalborn of the Void Boss Fight
There should be another Site of Grace next to the two Mausoleum Knights who give quite a few Runes. Interact with the Grace and head southwest, up the stairs, and into the boss arena, where you will find Naturalborn of the Void. This boss can be tough to deal with, especially because of his gravity attack that can take out your entire health bar. There is a chance that you might spawn at the entrance of the City if you die during the fight, so make sure you play it safe and don’t get hit with its Nebula attacks.
After the boss has been dealt with, head towards the Site of Grace in the boss area, and there should be a chest that allows you to gain the power of the city. The Favor of Noklateo, the Shrouded City, allows you to revive after you die and makes you powerful for a short time.
As you head northeast, you can deal with the Dragonkin Soldier lying on the floor below and also the Headless Troll that you ignored previously. From the arena of the Dragonkin Soldier, head northeast and drop down all the way. After that, head to the end and climb from either side to get out of the City.
Be sure not to jump the railings right after you exit the city, as you can fall down into a hole and lose a level, also your Runes in the process.
